Driver Log Hours

Monthly Driver Log report showing total
distance, hours in each duty status, total Distance, total cross
border hours and average speed.

Log Summary
|
Monthly Log Summary of total hours worked
and hours available for 7, 8 and 14 day cycles. This report
is similar to the summary in the front of most log books.

Driver Audit
|
This report is a detailed report of all
the violations and errors found on the driver logs for the requested
period.
|
Delinquent Logs
|
Reports driver logs which have not been
turned in and scanned before a predefined number of delinquent
days which is defined in Carrier preferences.
|
Over Speed
|
Driver logs report displaying any days
which the driver log indicated over speed which is calculated
by the distance divided by the number of hours of driving time.
(630 mile / 10 hours = 63 mph) If the Mph is greater than the
Company speed limit, which was set in the Carrier Preferences,
this log will appear on the report.

Driver Notification Letter
|
Generates a Driver Notification Letter,
which contains a Driver Rating, a summary list of any infractions
and the Driver Letter, which you composed for the driver rating
range.
|
Driver Log Scan Time
|
This report prints a list of the driver
logs and the date each one was Scanned into the system.
|
Duty Status Grid
|
Creates a graphical reproduction of the
duty status grid for the driver’s log for the requested
period. Also contains the Driver Log errors and infractions.
|
Team Driver
|
Generates a report indicating any conflicts
with team drivers. The report uses the vehicle Id to compare
team drivers. The report will show where the driver logs of
each driver conflict, either both driving or possibly in an
incorrect duty status for the period requested.

Missing Logs Summary
|
This report prints all driver logs, which
are missing with the requested period, will be printed on this
report.
|
Violation Summary
|
This is a fleet violation summary report,
identifying all the violations and errors found for a requested
period by percentage.
|
Hours of Service Summary
|
This report generates a summary of all
the 10,13,14 and 15 hour violations as well as the 60,70 and 120
hours cycle violations. The report is printed for a requested
period of time.
|
Driver Totals Summary
|
This report prints the accumulation of
the driver’s monthly total hours of each status, the distance
driven and the total hours of cross border time.
|
Driver Log Notes Summary
|
Prints the driver log notes, which have
been attached to a driver log at the time of log editing. This
report is to be printed for the logs within a requested period
of time.
|
Log Verification Summary
|
Prints a report indicating where possibly
log book falsification may have occurred. This report uses the
receipts entered into the Log Falsification option and can also
use the Fuel Transaction file, which may be downloaded from
ComData.
|
Productivity Reports
|
This report highlights which drivers or
groups of drivers are causing the most corrective actions during
the Log Processing function. It ranks drivers according to the
amount of time time taken to process their reports.

Vehicle Utilization Report
|
If you are using the vehicle ID field
on the driver log, this option will allow the user to generate
a vehicle utilization report
|
Vehicle Missing Miles Report
|
This report will identify Driver logs
which have missing miles for a specific vehicle from one day's
log to the next day's log. (You must use Vehicle ID to capture
this information)

| Drivers Vehicle Inspection Report |
This report helps identify areas of concern
for both Trucks and Trailers where additional training or maintenence
procedures may be required. Detailed reports may be printed
by Vehicle, Terminal and Groups. (You must use Vehicle ID on
Driver Log to capture their information)
|
| Vehicle Position Report |
Generates a comparison report of drivers
duty status to satellite position data. Flags vehicle movement
where driver duty status is not driving.
