TDSM's Driver Log Scanning System software can scan 800 - 1400 driver's daily logs per hour. Our system identifies Hours of Service violations, Log Falsification, and Log Entry errors using the latest Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) Technology. The system can read and interpret numeric, alpha and alphanumeric characters. Also reviewed are form and manner checks such as name, total hours, miles, date, driver's signature, etc. In addition the software identifies Driver Log Errors based on user defined and selected errors.

Our software can also read and interpret Driver's Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and can provide Vehicle Position Exception reporting based on satellite data. Using our Archive Module, log retention (filing) of hardcopy may not be required, all log images are maintained on electronic media and may be reproduced on demand with quality as good, if not better than the original.

Minimum hardware requirements for our software include Pentium III or greater, 256 RAM, 10 Gig hard drive. Operating platforms include Windows 2000, NT 4(service pack 6 and above) & XP Pro service pack 2.
