We used to be three months behind auditing logs; today we audit the logs as we receive them daily. When we had problems with our old log entry system, we had to wait by the phone for several hours for a response. The support people at TDSM actually answer the phone and respond to problems immediately. They are very friendly and eager to help. They use easy to understand terminology and are able to walk us through each process step by step when we encounter problems. With our old system, we had a full time employee sorting and alphabetizing logs each month. The TDSM system sorts and alphabetizes for us, entirely eliminating the sorter position. We are very pleased with TDSM software. It is user friendly and quite efficient. Without TDSM software, we would still be three months behind auditing logs.
